Welcome to Learn Photography These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products—both online and offline—including our video editing services and educational courses.
By accessing or using our website or enrolling in any of our courses or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services We Offer
We provide the following services:
- Online and offline courses on video editing, color grading, and cinematic storytelling.
- Freelance video editing services for weddings, pre-weddings, and commercial projects.
- Webinars and live sessions through platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
- Downloadable resources including LUTs, transitions, and templates (free or paid).
2. Course Enrollment and Access
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment.
- For online courses and webinars, access links and resources will be sent via email or shared on a student dashboard.
- Course content is for individual use only and must not be shared, resold, or distributed without our written consent.
- Offline (in-person) training is held at specified venues and dates. You are responsible for your own travel and stay unless mentioned otherwise.
3. Payments and Pricing
- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, and bank transfer.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, once enrolled, your course fee is locked.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Online webinars/workshops: No refund once access or session link is provided.
- Offline courses: Partial refunds may be granted only if canceled at least 7 days before the course start date.
- Video editing services: A non-refundable advance is required to confirm the booking. Refunds are not applicable once editing work has begun.

5. Intellectual Property
All content provided in our courses and services—videos, templates, written guides, and other resources—are the intellectual property of Learn Photography and/or its trainers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the material commercially.
6. User Conduct
By using our site or services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Share login credentials or access to paid content with others.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any technical issues during live sessions.
- Loss of data or access due to user error or third-party platform failures.
- Results or success not being as expected after course completion—learning outcomes may vary by individual.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
