Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Learn Photography, we strive to provide a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy for our services and courses. Please read the following terms carefully.


1. Online Webinars & Courses

  • Once payment is made and access is granted, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.
  • If the live session is missed by the user, the recorded session (if available) will be shared.
  • If a session is canceled by us, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

2. Offline (In-Person) Courses

  • You may request a cancellation up to 7 days before the course start date to receive a 50% refund.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date.
  • In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.

3. Video Editing Services

  • A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.
  • If you cancel before editing work starts, only the advance is retained.
  • If editing has already begun, no refunds will be provided.
  • If the final video has technical issues caused by us, revisions will be made at no extra cost.

4. Digital Products (LUTs, Effects, Templates)

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be offered after purchase/download.
  • Please ensure compatibility before buying.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
